Community Centre at 7-9pm. First lesson is free. Lessons then cost £4.00

Almost all our courses are taught by female instructors.
Goshin - Ryu Kempo classes are available for 5 years old upward to senior level.
The Welsh Kempo association is the only Martial Arts body in Wales teaching Goshin - Ryu Kempo in both the English and Welsh language.
Our
Saturday class at Ystrad Rhondda Spors centre is held 9.30 - 11.00 and although
it is in Welsh we do translate and it is therefore open to all children + young
people up to 17 years old

Anyone wishing to join Aberdare Valley Amateur Athletic Club is welcome to turn up to the Athletics Track at Michael Sobell Sports Centre, Aberdare, any Tuesday or Thursday evening.
