	Developing Potential
			Opportunities are provided by Youth Workers in line with the RCT Youth Work Curriculum Strategy and Extending Entitlement, to enable young people to meet staff to review what they have taken part in, to identify the skills, knowledge and personal qualities they have developed, and to make plans for future activities that will help them in their personal and social development. These activities and opportunities will also help enable young people to make informed decisions regarding themselves and their role within the community.
		Accreditation is available in the following: * Open College (OCN) * Youth Achievement Awards (ASDAN) * Achievement Files (WJEC) * First Aid * Getting Connected (OCR) Team Statement "The Accrecitation Team is here to help you to get accreditation or formally recognised learning for things that you do outside of school in a Youth Centre or Special Project environment.
