Health Services in Cynon Valley
There are two hospitals located within The Cynon Valley. Aberdare Hospital is situated at the town end of Abernant Road, and Mountain Ash Hospital at Cefn Pennar Road. Neither of these hospitals offer a full emergency service but both operate part time minor injuries clinics that are staffed by nurses. All other injuries are dealt with at Prince Charles Hospital, Merthyr Tydfil.
