A team that endeavours to provide a broad based, open-ended social education, in which problems and issues to be dealt with, and the manner in which they are dealt with,emerges from a dialogue between the young people and the youth worker. Targeting individuals, groups, youth networks, adult networks or local administrative / political structures in an attempt to achieve beneficial change for young people.
